We have tried to address many questions throughout our website, but here are answers for a few of the more common questions you have asked us.

We will provide you with a complimentary personalized design service using state of the art 2020 computer aided design, giving you dimensional drawings of what your project space will look like. From that point you may proceed with the purchase of the cabinetry and countertop, and have the project installed by our own installation team; or you may wish to just purchase your cabinetry and countertops from us and manage your own installation. Once you have visited our showroom and indicated your preliminary wishes and choices our design team will then prepare the kitchen/bath layout. The function of your kitchen/bath is most important and is the starting point for the project. After we have established the layout our design team will then be able to generate the financial numbers associated with your selections. Keep in mind that a door style, species, finishes, countertops and accessories must all be in place in order to present the complete pricing for your project. It is also very helpful if you can indicate the price range you have in mind for your project. That will allow us to fine-tune the options you have available for your budget.

We want to design a home office or other area of our home using cabinetry--do you have cabinetry to address these spaces?

We can provide cabinetry to be used in many areas of your home, including the kitchen, pantry, bath, office, bedroom, walk-in closet, dressing room, entertainment area, fireplace mantles and any other areas in your home you would like to utilize cabinetry. We want to provide the character, functionality, comfort and details necessary to make each area of your home uniquely yours!

Yes. We are considered semi-custom. All of our cabinetry is custom designed and manufactured specifically for you in either the Kitchen Craft, Luxor or Decor facilities -- in your choice of style, material, colour and finish.

What is the warranty on your cabinetry?

Each cabinet manufacturer and other supplier have their own warranty coverage policy. See the LINK section that will take you to warranty details, or ask our staff.

May we purchase new hardware or other accessories for our cabinetry through you?

If you wish to purchase replacement hardware for your cabinetry please bring in a sample of your current hardware. Selections now come in imperial and metric measurements. If you have handles or pulls we will need to know the centre-hole measurement in order to match up with the current holes drilled in your cabinetry. Other accessories are available through our Accessories catalogue in the showroom.

We came by on Saturday or Sunday and you weren't open?

Our showroom hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but our design team is available by appointment before or after hours to meet with you to discuss your project, either in your home or in our showroom. Please call ahead and let us know of your special timing needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.
